ISO CERTIFICATE AND DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY
ISO 9001 is an international standard which specifies requirements for the quality management system of company.
Obtaining the certificate of ISO 9001 means, that producer has a quality management system in its company. The purpose of the standard is to specify requirements which will provide your confidence that producer is able to provide systematically goods and services that satisfy the needs and expectations of consumers. The requirements of ISO 9001 cover a wide range of issues, including commitment of the top management in terms of quality, its customer focus, qualification of personnel, the production management, corrective actions and emphasis of importance for continuous improvement of the QMS.
Declaration of conformity is a document in which the producer certifies that the manufactured production meets the requirements of regulation. Declaration of conformity and certification are the forms of confirmation of conformity of products and services to established quality standards. The declaration procedure practically does not differ from product certification, the only difference is the form of documents. Declaration of conformity has the same legal force as the certificate of conformity, regardless of the scheme confirmation of conformity.

For what purpose is 9001-2008 standard used?
ISO 9001 certificate is necessary for the companies, which are:
- working in international markets or with international suppliers that require such a certificate – ISO 9001 standard is recognized by almost all countries and is the most important standard for the pan-European market;
- participating / wishing to participate in the auction (tenders) held in the Republic of Belarus and abroad – companies having quality management system according to ISO 9001 automatically get extra points / preference;
- desiring to produce quality products - goods, services;
- aiming to create / maintain/ improve the image.
The essence of the quality management system: quality management system is a documented image of the company as a self-regulating mechanism, adapted to a specific economic environment.

DECLARATIONS OF CONFORMITY
Declaration of conformity with technical regulations of the Customs Union is an official document of the state sample, which confirms the compliance of products to requirements of the legislation of the Customs Union of Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan. Declaration of conformity confirms the compliance of products with requirements of security.
DECLARATIONS OF CONFORMITY
The declaration procedure of products to requirements of the technical regulations is identical with the system of declaration of GOST standard. Declaration of conformity has the same legal force as the certificate of conformity.
